Throughout my professional path, I have led teams, faced strategic challenges and contributed to the success of organisations in demanding contexts. This experience gave me a deep understanding of what it means to lead under pressure – where clarity, attentive listening, and the quality of decision making become decisive.

As part of my development journey, I attended executive programmes at leading business schools, including the MBA at Porto Business School, the Senior Executive Programme at London Business School, and the International Executive Coaching Programme at IMD – International Institute for Management Development.

I am now dedicating myself to supporting leaders and executives in their growth, development, and in broadening their perspectives through coaching.

My work combines the use of practical experience with coaching theories, tools and methodologies. I am passionate about provoking deep thinking, challenging established assumptions, and supporting executives in their quest to gain clarity, purpose, and lasting results – with authenticity and alignment.
