CONTEXT COACHING
Unlike more immediate action-oriented approaches, context coaching works on the logic that underpins behaviour. It is not limited to improving responses, but to understanding the internal and external system and where they are formed.
SOMATIC TECHNIQUES
These techniques help the leader to recognise how their internal state – physical and emotional – influences the quality of presence, communication and decision-making.
By cultivating a finer somatic awareness, it becomes possible to access more grounded, aligned, and context-adjusted responses - even under pressure or in situations of relational tension.
